Code of Conduct

The SEC Semiconductor community is a global network of professionals. To keep it productive and respectful for everyone, all participants agree to the following.

1. Respect

  • Treat fellow students, instructors and staff with respect and professionalism.
  • No harassment, discrimination, hate speech or personal attacks of any kind.
  • Honour diverse perspectives, backgrounds and levels of experience.

2. Integrity

  • Do your own work. Plagiarism, cheating or impersonation is grounds for removal.
  • Do not share login credentials or programme materials outside the cohort.

3. Participation

  • Engage actively in live sessions and community channels.
  • Provide constructive feedback. Keep discussions on-topic and professional.

4. External sharing

  • Programme materials, recordings, lecturer content and other participants’ contributions are for use inside the programme only. Do not repost, forward, publish or share them outside the cohort.
  • Respect business sensitivity when others share commercial details. Do not relay specifics outside the programme without that person’s permission.
  • Semi101 itself records live sessions and may use programme content (including your contributions) commercially as set out in the Terms & Conditions.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, suspension or removal from the programme without refund. Report concerns to semi@smartecocity.com.
